Brad was able to come out next day for a furnace tune-up right before a snowstorm. He was on time, professional, and gave helpful advice without trying to sell me on anything or scare me into replacing my furnace ASAP, even though it’s likely towards the end of its lifespan. I’ll definitely be going with them for any future HVAC needs.
I’ve had both the AC and furnace serviced by Three Rivers in the past three months. They’re both about 20 years old but only needed minor maintenance. If you’re reading this and thinking “I bet they tried to sell you new models” you’d be surprised! My appointments were scheduled quickly and the service was top-notch. Brad was the technician on both, and did a fantastic job. He explained the issues, told me the full cost up-front, and already had the necessary parts with him in the van. Both were complete in about half an hour, and cost significantly less than I would’ve expected. I was never pressured to buy a new unit or undergo any major service that wasn’t needed. Despite their age, he informed me that both units are running well and have some years ahead of them. In my experience, this is rare in the industry, where many companies will default to recommending a new unit right away. Thanks to Brad and Three Rivers for the great service. I’m a facility manager. My company moved to a new building with 15 thermostats. The temperature was all over the place and we had no control and no instructions on how to configure them. I had three other companies try with no progress. My employees were not happy. I called Three Rivers to try again. Brad showed up on time and would not stop until he figured it out. He found the issues on all 15. Some not configured properly, some had stop limits that override the software, some not seeing the WiFi. Each had their own problems. Brad is the best!!! We now have control of them and after months of working in the cold we are warm now. Thank you Three Rivers!!
I was amazed that they could help us right away! Jesse and Kenny determined the problem with our thermostat and had it replaced quickly. Now our house’s heating system is working fine. Very nice guys and easy to work with. We recommend them highly!
What a pleasure dealing with Three Rivers from start to finish. They came highly recommended from qualified source and they put me in touch with Brad. We worked out a convenient time for him to stop by for a walk through and he was able to talk about several different ways to accomplish this. I knew we were going with Three Rivers when he drove out of our driveway. By the next day I had a quote for both options we had decided on. I had some more questions that we quickly resolved and we got on the schedule. Which was out about 4 weeks but I was actually comfortable knowing these folks were busy! As are appointment grew closer I was notified just to make sure we were all still on and was actually because of a last minute reschedule - given an opportunity to have it done within two weeks but I wasn’t ready for them! Jesse and Justin showed up early and with some initial discussions… mind you these guys are seeing it for the first time, they dove right in! After a few hours, Jesse was called away because of a customer that was having some issues and was without heat. He asked if I minded if he took care of it. I was thinking… if that was me without heat, I’d be damned happy to get that kind of service! He arranged for another employee, Nate to stop by when he was done with another customer and although Justin was on it, he jumped right in! I went out a couple times and mostly just bugged them and likely slowed them down but they were awesome and I truly appreciated the general discussion about our system. They got me up and running that afternoon with heat and came back the next morning to finish up the AC, tie up loose ends and clean it all up. Jesse came by to help and do a final walk through and answer any questions. This went absolutely smoothly. They were professional, courteous, obviously knew what they were doing and very efficient! This system was expensive and we feel great about the Brand we chose, our purchase and long-term support! We would and have highly recommend Three Rivers for all you HVAC needs.
